  • Once the sale of your property is unconditional, you can access your money immediately so you don’t have to wait until settlement.


    Access up to $350,000 or 10% of the sale price of your property.

  • We ask you for your details so we can share key details about any loan we provide with all owners when required.

  • A Settlement Advance loan can be accessed once the sale of a property is unconditionally exchanged, so we require the date this occurred.

    The loan is due on the date the property settles so we also require this date.

  • We require the deposit amount and a copy of the trust account receipt confirming the payment has been made as confirmation that the property sale is unconditional.

  • ListSure is able to provide a loan of up to 80% of the free equity in your property, therefore we require the sale price of the property to calculate the maximum loan amount.

  • ListSure is able to lend up to 80% of the free equity in the property, therefore we require the amount of the mortgage to calculate the maximum loan amount.

  • We ask you to take a moment to review the answers you have provided to us to ensure the quote we provide you is accurate.

    If any answers are not correct, you can edit them and the changes will be automatically saved.

    • Service Fee: 3.69% of loan (deducted upfront)

    • Interest-Free for 60 days, then 1.99% per 30 days (daily accrual)

    • $400 caveat fee for loans over $50,000

    • Funds are sent to your nominated bank account once the loan is approved.

    • The loan and all fees are paid when the property settles.
